Padooko — Terms of Use

1. What the game is

Padooko is a horse-racing simulation. The player runs a stable, takes in foals, trains their horse, and enters it into races. The outcome of a race is determined by the horse's attributes, breeding history, track conditions, and the decisions the jockey makes during the race; the server calculates this as the sole authority.

2. Virtual currency

The balance inside the game is virtual currency. It has no value outside the game, cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred to another player or third party, and is not refundable. Virtual currency can be purchased with real money; these purchases are made through the App Store and Google Play in the app, and through Xsolla on the website, and are subject to the refund rules of the place where the purchase was made. For sales on the website, the seller is Xsolla (merchant of record): it collects the payment, calculates tax, and handles refund and payment support.

Race entries, training, upkeep, and market transactions are deducted from this virtual balance. Under no circumstances is there a real-money prize, cash payout, or betting.

3. Filling race fields

A race field consists of eight horses. If not enough player horses enter within the registration period, the field is filled with the game's own computer horses, and the race is run as such. Computer horses are selected from the field's power range; they have no advantage over the player's horse, are subject to the same simulation rules, and their entries are paid from the game's treasury. As the number of players grows, the proportion of fields filled with real horses increases.

4. Account

An account is opened with an email and password, or with an Apple or Google account. The account holder can delete their account from within the app. Deletion cannot be undone: horses, history, and remaining balance are deleted, and the remaining balance is not refunded in any form.

The security of the account is the holder's responsibility. If use in violation of the rules is detected (gaining an advantage through multiple accounts, sending automated requests to the server, exploiting bugs), the account may be suspended.

5. How the game works, and changes

Horses rest after races and training, the stable has a daily upkeep cost, seasons close periodically, and rankings are reset. Game balance (prices, rewards, durations) may change over time. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.
